Method of Improving Production Efficiency of Peanut Oil Press

With the increase of oil crops, the demand for peanut oil press increases rapidly. Peanut oil press is easy to operate and has a small investment. It has been widely used in rural areas. It is very important to correctly use peanut oil press, understand its key technology application, find and solve faults in time, and improve the production efficiency of equipment.
1. Water content of billet. The billet has too little water content to make cakes and extract oil. The billet contains too much water and the raw material is glued without blockage. Pressure drops and oil cannot be squeezed out. Usually, raw materials with higher oil content should have less water content under certain temperature conditions due to high pressure.
2. Pressing temperature is too low, oil viscosity is too high, it is difficult to flow and polymerize, temperature is too high, equipment power consumption is high, machine parts are easy to wear and tear. Generally, the temperature of cold pressing is controlled at 60-90 degrees, while that of hot pressing is 100-130 degrees.
3. If the speed of screw pressing is high, the time of screw pressing is short and the amount of raw materials is large, but the oil yield is low. If the speed of screw pressing is low, the time of screw pressing is long and the oil yield is high, but the productivity is low. The speed of hot pressing is 36-38r/min. The speed of cold pressing is 85-120 r/min.
4. Oil gap of press strip. If the gap is too narrow, the oil flow will not be smooth and the oil yield and productivity will be reduced. If the gap is too wide, the pressure of the chamber will be low and the residue content in the oil will be high, which will affect the quality of the oil. For raw materials with high oil content, such as peanuts and soybeans, the oil gap should be larger. Generally, the gap should be 0.07-1.00mm.
5. Number and time of pressing. The number and time of pressing should be decided according to the specific conditions. The number of times of pressing is related to the pressing technology. Once the pressing is done, it can be squeezed completely, and the raw pressing needs to be squeezed twice. If the pressing time is too long, the production efficiency will be reduced.
