Cold pressing has become the main pressing technology in oil mills, and more and more people like cold pressing. Cold pressing does not require fried seeds. Press oil directly. In particular, some good oils must be cold pressed. For example, coconut oil, olive oil, peony seed oil, safflower seed oil and so on. Common oils can also be cold pressed. For example, peanut oil, rapeseed oil, linseed oil, sunflower oil and so on. Cold pressing effect is very good, because the extracted oil is the standard original juice, because there is no fried seeds before pressing, so the internal cell structure of the oil has not been destroyed by high temperature treatment, but because there is no fried seeds, it needs to be pressed twice to completely squeeze. So how does the cold press operate?
Cold press is often an integrated machine, generally including three sets of circulating feeder, oil press and oil filter. The circulating feeder mainly lifts the pressed cake directly into the hopper to avoid manual feeding. The oil filter mainly filters the crude oil. After filtration, the oil will be clearer and cleaner.
When the cold press is cold-pressed, because it is cold-pressed, water is needed in the oil material, otherwise, because the oil material is too dry, leading to choking in the bore, so water is needed. As for how much water is added, according to the humidity of the oil material, it is usually enough for the oil material to see the water, after water is added, let the oil material see enough water. After a while, when the oil is pressed, the water will be evaporated and the quality of edible oil will not be affected. For some oils, some cakes can be mixed to increase friction and oil yield.
